Welcome to the official registration platform of Divya Vasuda Group’s Real Estate Seminar. By accessing or registering for the event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
   Open to individuals aged 18 and above who are interested in real estate.
2. Registration
   Entry is free, but mandatory via prior registration.
   One registration per person is allowed.
   Entry pass will be shared only with confirmed registrants.
3. Event Participation
   Organizers reserve the right to deny entry for any reason deemed appropriate.
   Any form of misconduct or promotional behavior at the venue may lead to removal from the event.
4. Intellectual Property
   All seminar content, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of Divya Vasuda Group and the speaker(s).
   Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
5. Changes & Cancellation
   The organizers may modify event details (date/time/venue) and will notify registered participants in advance.
   Divya Vasuda Group shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss due to event changes or cancellations.
